Self Improvement Goals

After yesterday’s quick post on goals, I have thought about it and have come up with a few for me to focus on. These are all things I believe are important in getting me closer to attaining my ideal version of myself. So here goes. I thought of 5.

1.) Exercise: Build up to walking an hour a day again every day via multiple short walks.       Start with at least one 20 minute walk every single day.

2.) Diet: Kick your fast food breakfast habit. Pursue vegetarian diet again.

3.) Mental Health: Kick the caffeine habit. It will help with your anxiety, attention span, energy levels and overall outlook.

4.) Pursue Your Passion: You ache to write, so do it. You don’t have to be famous or write a novel. You don’t have to have a master’s degree to express yourself as a human being. You just have to write. Make 2-3 blog posts a week. And yes, what you have to say matters.

5.) Spiritual Self: Do your scriptural research and meditate on it. Read the Bible daily. Ask the big questions. Seek answers.

So here it is, my list. Now I just have to give myself reminders and create a favorable environment and schedule to accomplishing these things.
